As our Australian Made to order shirts are uniquely manufactured in Sydney to your specifications, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind purchase/incorrect size selected.
If the shirt is deemed faulty/incorrect due to manufacturing error then we will accept the return, fix the issue in our factory and resend out your item. If the returned shirt is not repairable then you will have a choice of another made to order shirt or a refund.

Was measured at the shirt bar around 5 years ago (41/88) and now have around 15 Ganton shirts that have held up to the QLD sun, raising kids, frequent runs in the dryer etc. They all come up new after a good press. Ganton provides amazing personalised customer service. My husbands shirt size is a bit irregular and the adjustments made to the shirts in their Marrickville business have allowed him to have beautiful shirts that fit perfectly. We changed 2 shirts from buttoned cuffs to French cuffs and changed the arm lengths. Noi in customer service bend over backwards to get the best shirts. Darren their online manager then followed up to make sure we got the right shirt sizes. Fantastic service that customises shirts and at a very reasonable price is very rare. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ganton.
