Ordering

How long until I receive my order?

We’ll process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours, and we’ll aim to have it shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with a tracking code.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we aim to have your items(s) delivered within 5 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it; we change our minds too! Yes, you can cancel your order but please keep in mind that once an order is placed, our team works hard to get it picked, packed and dispatched as quickly as possible and sometimes orders can be processed before we can prevent it from being sent.

If the order is sent and you no longer want the item, then you can return it us.

I don't see the shirt that I want in my size

Depending on the shirt, we usually get replenishment stock in frequently but if its seasonal stock then we may be out of stock. You can check back in a few weeks to see if the shirt becomes available again or reach out to customer service for further info.

I didn't receive order tracking

If you didn't receive tracking after 3 business days, then please reach out to us and we will look into it for you.

Do you have the shirts in stock that are listed on your site?

Our website is linked to our warehouse inventory system, so stock is 99% accurate. If we do not have a product available for your order, we will contact you to let you know.

I click my size but I get a greyed out unavailable button

If you do not select your neck size AND sleeve length you may get the grey unavailable button, please make sure you have selected both sizes so that you can proceed.

Sizing

What's the difference between the body fits?

We provide different body fits as we know men come in different shapes and sizes. Our City Tailored Fit is our mid fitting body fit and most men will fit comfortably into this fit, with Classic Fit being a larger fitting shirt compared to the Tailored Fit and Slim Fit being smaller.

We also have Big and Tall fit which provides longer body and longer sleeves compared to our other body fits.

SIZING HELP

How do I measure my neck size?

Take one of your best fitting shirts. Lay the collar flat and measure the inside of the collar from the centre of the button to the centre of the buttonhole.

Alternatively you can ask someone to measure around your neck, allowing enough room for two fingers to be inserted comfortably between the tape measure and the neck. This should allow for a comfortable fit.

This measurement should be your collar size.

How do I measure my sleeve length

Take one of your best fitting shirts and lay it out flat with the back facing up. Locate the centre of the base of the collar, from this point measure across the top of the shoulder and then measure along the sleeve to the end of the cuff. 

Alternatively you can ask someone to measure from the centre of your neck, across your shoulders and down your arm to just above the palm or desired length of sleeve.

If the measurement falls between two sizes, choose the longer size.

How do I measure my chest?

Take the same best fitting shirt and lay it out flat (front side down) and measure across the back from arm hole seam to arm hole seam and multiply measurement by 2. 

Alternatively you can measure around your chest by running the tape under your arms, across chest and around your back making a complete loop and leaving enough space so that the measurement would not be skin tight.

How do I measure my waist?

Take the same best fitting shirt and lay it out flat (front side up) measure across the front at the 5th button (including the top button) and multiply measurement by 2. 

Alternatively you can measure by making a loop around your waist to make a complete loop and leaving enough space so that the measurement would not be skin tight.

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides that can be found on the product page. If you fall in-between sizes, then choose the larger size.

Delivery & Returns

What is the shipping policy?

Ganton offers free delivery within Australia for purchases over $199.

We’ll process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours, and we’ll aim to have it shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with a tracking code.

Delivery times vary, but we aim to have your items(s) delivered within 5 working days.

If for some reason we don’t have your item in stock, there may be a delay of up to 5 working days. This may cause a further delay in the delivery time.

Please ensure you provide a physical address where there will be someone to sign for your item(s). Notewe cannot deliver to a PO BOX or Parcel Locker.

If you have any other shipping/returns/refunds-related enquiries, check our Returns Policy. But just be sure that we are committed to getting the best result for you whatever happens.


MADE TO ORDER & ALTERATIONS
All Made to Order shirts are manufactured in Sydney and couriered directly to you from there. Made to order shirts can take approximately 4-5 weeks to be made and then add on the estimated delivery time frame.  

We try and process alterations as quickly as possible but please allow 5 business days for the alterations to be completed and then add on the estimated delivery time frame.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 14 days.  There are certain situations we can't offer a refund or exchange:

- 14 days have passed by since your purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- If you ordered an alteration to your shirt: sleeve shortening, changing cuffs or adding/remove pockets.
- Made to order shirts
- Sale goods

Please ensure you contact Ganton directly at info@ganton.com.au to inform us of your intention immediately upon inspection so that we know to expect a package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need to include the original packaging in good condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the item sent was incorrect or faulty.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ganton.com.au.

MADE TO ORDER SHIRTS
Made to Order shirts are produced specifically for you in accordance with your styling preferences. As such we do not accept 'change of mind' returns on these garments. Naturally if there is a quality issue of fault of any type, or the shirt in question has not been produced to your instructions we will be happy to take the garment back and correct the issue with the shirt or provide you with an exchange or refund.


ALTERATIONS
Please be sure when purchasing shirts and adding an alteration to it, as we won't accept a return on any shirts that have been altered either by our factory or an external factory. 


SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, shipping and handling costs will be refunded only if the item sent was incorrect or faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Who do you send your parcels with?

We use DHL couriers for our orders.

Do you ship overseas?

At the moment we do not ship to overseas. We are looking into it and will hopefully have more news soon.

Do you deliver to PO Box / Parcel Locker addresses?

We do not deliver to PO BOX / Parcel locker addresses. We send exclusively by DHL courier and require a street address for delivery.

If you enter a PO BOX / Parcel locker address for delivery we will contact you for an updated delivery address.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery within Australia for purchases over $199.

How long does it take?

We aim to have your shirt manufactured in 4-5 weeks.  If there are any extended delays with your order, we will contact you to let you know.

Are made to order shirts manufactured in Australia?

Yes, our made to order shirts are made to your specifications and size in our factory in Marrickville, Sydney.

Can I return a made to order shirt?

Made to Order shirts are manufactured specifically for you in accordance with your styling preferences. As such we do not accept 'change of mind' returns on these garments. Naturally if there is a quality issue of fault of any type, or the shirt in question has not been produced to your instructions we will be happy to take the garment back and provide you with an exchange, a refund or correct the issue with the shirt.

We ask that before you make a purchase that you are confident in your size, specs and fabric choice before completing your order.

Alterations

How long does it take for an alteration to be completed?

We try and process alterations as quickly as possible but please allow 5 business days for the alterations to be completed and then add on the estimated delivery time frame.

I need sleeves shortened more than 2cm

We can only shorten sleeves -1cm and -2cm.

I do not see Alterations on your website
