Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept any item (with the exceptions of monogrammed, Made To Order and altered shirts) for exchange or refund within 2 months from the date you received your order, provided it is in original condition and has not been worn or washed. Please note that we do not refund the value of any shipping costs for change of mind or incorrect size returns.
We will always try and do the right thing in any situation where a customer is unhappy with our product or service. In the event you receive a faulty item, please contact customer service at email@example.com or (02) 9519 4000 so that we can help you return the faulty item for assessment. If the item is deemed faulty, your shipping costs will be refunded.
