If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then we will accept your returned product (with the exceptions of altered shirts and made to order shirts) for exchange or refund within 30 days of the receipt of your order, provided it is in original condition and has not been worn or washed.
We do not refund the value of shipping costs for change of mind or if you purchased the incorrect size. We will refund shipping costs if you received a different product/size to the item(s) you ordered or if the item is deemed faulty.
To return item(s) please fill out the return and exchanges form and send to Ganton Returns, PO BOX 159, Marrickville, NSW 2204. Customers are responsible for returned item(s) and we recommend sending by registered mail as we cannot exchange or refund item(s) we do not receive.
Once the item is received, please allow up to 5 working days for the Returns & Exchanges team to process the return/exchange. If you have requested a refund, the refund is issued once the item is checked and can take a further 3-4 days for it to show back in your account.
The returns and exchanges form must be filled out completely and put in the return parcel with the returned item(s), you can find a copy with your order or if you never received a copy, you can download a new form below:

We will always try and do the right thing in any situation where a customer is unhappy with our product or service. In the event you receive a faulty item, please contact customer service at email@example.com and include clear photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase.
If your item is deemed faulty, Ganton will either repair the faulty shirt, replace the faulty shirt or issue a refund.
