Ganton Australian Made to Order shirts are manufactured in Marrickville, Sydney and manufacturing time can take up to 4 weeks from the moment you place your order.
Made to Order shirts are produced specifically for you in accordance with your styling preferences and measurements provided. As such we do not accept 'change of mind' returns on these garments. Naturally if there is a quality issue or fault of any type, or the shirt in question has not been produced to your instructions we will be happy to take the garment back and provide you with an exchange or refund.

As our Australian Made to order shirts are uniquely manufactured in Sydney to your specifications, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind purchase/incorrect size selected. If the shirt is deemed faulty/incorrect due to manufacturing error then we will accept the return, fix the issue in our factory and resend out your item. If the returned shirt is not repairable then you will have a choice of another made to order shirt or a refund.
Our turnaround time for the manufacturing of shirts takes about 4 weeks but can take slightly longer due to a busy schedule. The main Made to order in Australia page will give a better reflection of the current turnaround time.
