Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days.  There are certain situations we can't offer a refund or exchange:

14 days have passed by since your purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you ordered an alteration to your shirt: sleeve shortening, changing cuffs or adding/remove pockets.
- Made to order shirts
- Sale goods

Please ensure you contact Ganton directly at info@ganton.com.au to inform us of your intention immediately upon inspection so that we know to expect a package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need to include the original packaging in good condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please enclose all your contact details and we will advise you once we have received the items.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the item sent was incorrect or faulty.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ganton.com.au.

MADE TO ORDER SHIRTS

Made to Order shirts are produced specifically for you in accordance with your styling preferences. As such we do not accept 'change of mind' returns on these garments. Naturally if there is a quality issue of fault of any type, or the shirt in question has not been produced to your instructions we will be happy to take the garment back and correct the issue with the shirt or provide you with an exchange or refund.


ALTERATIONS

Please be sure when purchasing shirts and adding an alteration to it, as we won't accept a return on any shirts that have been altered either by our factory or an external factory. 


SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, shipping and handling costs will be refunded only if the item sent was incorrect or faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
